the dramatic 72 hours…

First!
the show was wonderful, lots of super cool craftswomen, many shoppers, great sales, wonderful experiences and learnings… blar, blar, blar… here are some pics for showing off my display:

Amy, Denise and Andrea were AWESOME helpers. I would never be able to handle the show if they were not there, especially at the few times when people were actually lining up with items to pay and I was trying to write orders and wrap up the items as fast as a machine. =P woof… that was some moments…

Then!
it came the highlight of the weekend on Sat night when hubby tripped-&-fell onto my already “overly-tired, exhausted after standing for over 8 hrs” feet and crashed them hard onto our “coolest minimalist straight corners hard wood” coffee table! A_O_U_W_O_U_C_H-A_I_Y_A_!!! That was all the sounds I could made out for at least a good 15 mins!! Burn… Ice… Water… Hurt… and some random words I followed.

I limped back to the craft fair Sunday morning with my swollen and colorful (with brusies) right foot and stayed within the padded booth territory and finished off the show….

Finally!
Hubby & I spent all day Monday with doctors, nurses, x-ray people… they checked my feet up & down… everyone joke about the incident and no one could believe how it happened. Thankfully, no fracture of bones were found.

Glad that’s over. Not everything though…. I’ve gotten even more internet orders to fill…. All is good… I’m not complaining… just feeling like riding on a roller coaster and I know it’s going to be like that for a while. =P

… and … mi did turned one-year-old today!!
