I haven’t talked much about my knitting addiction.  Knitting & Sewing were the hobbies I self taught myself when I was in high school.  I was always making something for myself.  Some time after I started working in the real apparel world, I stopped using my own hands to make anything for real.  Everything that I sketched or designed was done on the computer and someone across the seas would be making them.  At first, it was nice to see things being made.  But after years and years… it just get bored… I just miss being able to experience the whole process of creating something from scratch with my hands and the joy of enjoying the creation…

For whatever reasons, I still refuse to sew… maybe it’s just my way of saying “NO MORE!!” back to the industry… *sigh!

On the other hand, I’ve been knitting like crazy these days, which I’m happy about.  I think it just became my best “get-away”, “distracting”, “distressing” tool, especially when we had all the families’ dilemma during the holidays.  With all that was happening, I managed to produce 4 sweaters.  It may not be a lot of some speedy knitters.  But it was quite a bit of knitting for me, but I enjoyed very little bit of it.  I probably can’t even stopped now….. I even have projects lining up… Maybe I’ll even turn this into a knitting blog. =P
